She advises on corporate law, commercial property, construction, employment, landlord and tenant matters, contracts, and intellectual property, ensuring the business operates with clarity, compliance, and commercial focus. Alongside managing relationships with external counsel, Dilyana supports directors and shareholders on corporate governance and regulatory obligations while overseeing company secretarial functions. As Data Protection Officer, she drives GDPR compliance and data governance frameworks, embedding strong risk management practices that support responsible and sustainable growth across the organisation.
