Lumis Leipzig will become a student accommodation with 424 furnished studio apartments ranging in size from 18 m2 to 45 m2. The ground floor area features common areas such as a cinema, fitness room, study rooms, gaming zone, co-working area, café and courtyard with several terraces.
In recent years Leipzig has been recognised as one of Germany more competitive and attractive cities. The central location of the project in the vicinity of the main train station and the city centre allows quick access and most of the city´s university institutes and colleges are within walking distance.
