Lumis Graz was developed in Q3 2023 as a centrally located student accommodation scheme in Austria’s second largest city. 358 units in three different types were proposed for this project with generous common areas and terraces in the rooftop units. Graz is home to several reputed universities catering to more than 60,000 students. The project is located in the vicinity of the river Mur with its ample green areas. Jakominiplatz, one of the city´s main square and transport hub, is within walking distance.
