The Lumis Dublin site is located immediately adjacent to the Grangegorman University Campus of the Technological University Dublin and a short walk from Dublin city centre. Planning permission has been granted for 236 bed PBSA scheme, with different room types including ensuite accommodation, twin rooms and studios, with room sizes ranging from 140 sqft to 250sqft. The scheme will include various types of amenity space, including retail which will be open to both the residents and members of public. The site is very well positioned and will be accessed directly from the adjacent university campus. The site is currently being prepared for construction.
